The example weights

These weights describe one example batch. The calculator starts with a 20 × 10 × 10 cm original pan solely to demonstrate a capacity ratio; no successful bake at that fill is claimed.

Bring your own successful recipe

Replace the example ingredients and original pan with your known recipe. Keep ingredient weights as the entire original batch, then choose the capacity and count of new pans. The resulting weights keep the entered proportions.

Why there are no baking steps here

Ingredients alone do not establish a reliable bread recipe. Mixing, dough condition, fermentation, shaping and baking need kitchen validation. We have not completed those tests for this example, so this page does not present a tested method, timings, nutrition estimate or rating.

Read the scaling method and the pan measuring guide before using a real recipe.
